Odyssey House Victoria has a justifiable reputation for the delivery of high quality, client responsive, drug and alcohol treatment and support services.

Our approach to recruitment is based on flexibility and creating an environment in which staff can develop and excel in their chosen careers. We want to attract the best possible people and are prepared to negotiate terms and conditions to people willing and able to make a difference. Flexible hours are negotiable.

•    Odyssey House Victoria is a drug and alcohol free work place
•    A condition of employment is that applicants are required to give written consent to a (confidential) police check in accordance with Department of Human Services Policy and hold, or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check. All offers of employment are provisional pending the satisfactory outcome of such a check.

Volunteering at Odyssey House Victoria

Odyssey House Victoria welcomes contributions from those wanting to volunteer their time and skills to help support the work of Odyssey House Victoria. Roles vary depending on our requirements and are only advertised when the need arises. 
However, due to the nature of our work, volunteer roles are generally limited to administrative tasks and do not include working with our clients.
Please note all volunteers must undergo and provide a Police Check prior to starting volunteering at Odyssey House Victoria.

From time to time we offer placements to students studying courses that are relevant to our work at Odyssey House Victoria.
